Doesn't work as expected. When you highlight text from a document or web page and hit create task, it defaults to the title of the document, not the text that was selected. Changing the name of the task is also hit or miss, sometimes it allows it, sometimes it doesnt. it seems that if you attempt to change of of the default settings, its not able to create the task. If this extension worked as its supposed to, it would be a really useful tool. It's unfortunate how glitchy it is.

I love organizing my workflow here, but I needed something to keep my actual consulting sessions predictable. I went with Minute Minder because it’s a Chrome extension, no heavy software to download. It gives me "calm control" with milestone cues and helps me land clear decisions by the end of the call. It’s basically my virtual meeting assistant.

Why does it no longer attach the email to a task when creating?

Please allow for a keyboard shortcut to create a task from anywhere!

This extension pre-fills info in the task based on the tab you are on. I simply want to create blank tasks as I'm reading emails, project docs, or even watching a YouTube video, inspired to do something. My tasks rarely need to be linked back to the open page, much less be titled like the tab that is open. This functionality may be for some, but ruined this extension for me.

this would be cool if you could take a screenshot and mark it up based on the website you are creating the task from.

SOOOOO close, why does it not have the email sync option like the other plugin? that is immensely important and makes this one instantly less useful.

Thanks for the reviews, I tried everything to get this extension to work - sadly it doesn't. I hope the developers fix this glitch promptly.

The new version no longer allows access to the other data fields and users must go to the asana project to fill this additional information out. It is easier/faster to just copy and paste the URLs. I'll gladly update this review once the extension is useful again.
