Issues with paid service
Hello,
I just purchased your AI service but your app is not allowing me to access my account. I am not able to go to the screen which allows me to write post.
Failure to rectify the issue will cause me to call my credit card company and report fraud.
The number you have posted on your website is disconnected. Your website also is not allowing a person to send a message.

The Chrome extenstion is not working.
The blue leaf icon is gone and has been for a couple of months. Anything you can do on your end? I paid for a subscription.

Blue Leaf disappeared?
For few days, the extension is not working anymore in Chrome.
Is not showing even the blue leaf.I tried reinstalling it and deactivating all other extensions but still nothing.
Hope you'll find the bug as it's a very nice extension I use it regularly.

URGENT - PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS MESSAGE
I’ve just discovered I had an account with you that I have never used.
I cannot remember signing up for this, but obviously a year ago I did.
But there is nowhere to cancel it.
How did I discover I had this account?
I just noticed I’ve been charged £78.57 on my card ending ****3107.
As I haven’t been using this app and have no intension of using it in future, please could a) cancel my account and b) issue me with a refund.
I'd like to hear from you ASAP

My extension does not work in linkedin comment sections, it used to work properly. It still works when making a new post. I can't understand why this is not the case, is there a problem?
