Toggle to insert or send prompt

Hi! Love this extension, can you add a toggle in your settings to simply Insert the prompt OR Send the prompt? With replying to and @ other GPTs, inserting the prompt with those commands will be great!

Reusing fields

First of all, thank you very much for providing such a useful extension app.
May I make a suggestion?

It would be even better if I could reuse a variable (field) defined once.
Currently, when we enter "{{a}}... {{a}}," it seems to treat them as separate fields.
