Recordings

I don't know if you guys recognize this as an issue, considering the lawsuit I would think you would abandon the behavior entirely, but your program is recording audio even for California residents. It doesn't matter if you've added some flimsy notice, it's clearly not very visible as it's gone undetected in a few of our meetings after a manager added access without permission. I highly suggest you correct this, but I will be reaching out to Google about the matter. You should never have been given their seal of approval.

Extension keeps asking me to sign in even though I already am

Whenever I go to the Otter.ai extension, it gives me the Sign in/Sign Up bubble. I click "Sign In", it takes me to my Otter home page (already logged in, of course), and then nothing at all comes out of it at all. The cycle repeats. The extension seems to be practically unusable so I was wondering hat might be causing this probem.

Remove Otter

Somehow I got signed up for your free version. It then starting inviting my coworkers to sign up. PLEASE cancel the fee subscription or give me instructions to remove.

Payments

I thought I had the free version; however, I noticed a $30-some dollar charge to my credit card. Now, I don't know whether that was for 1 month or 1 year! If there is a free version, even if its limited, I'm in. Otherwise, I'm out. I don't use it enough to justify the cost. Your response, please.
