Issue with Incorrect Language/Encoding in BuiltWith Chrome Extension
Dear BuiltWith Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with the BuiltWith Chrome extension where the text appears in an unreadable format, possibly due to incorrect character encoding. Instead of English, the interface displays garbled characters, making it difficult to use the extension.
Steps to Reproduce:
Installed the BuiltWith extension from the Chrome Web Store.
Opened the extension while browsing a website.
The text displayed appears to be in an unreadable, non-standard format (possibly a character encoding issue).
What I’ve Tried:
Checking Chrome’s language settings (English is set as the preferred language).
Reinstalling the BuiltWith extension.
Clearing browser cache and restarting Chrome.
Despite these steps, the issue persists. Could you please look into this and provide guidance on how to resolve it?
I can provide screenshots if needed. Looking forward to your assistance.

Builtwith Chrome extension not working
was working fine for years- Today showed error saying chrome was blocking- fixed that and uninstalled -reinstalled now it it says "getting profile" and shows a spinning processing icon forever- I use this everyday- please help

I think you use AWS for managing IP whitelisting/blacklisting and our IP has fallen into this blacklisting category, are you able to remove the below IP when you get a moment please?

BuiltWith Extension Not Coming up
Hi! I have BuiltWith downloaded as an extension and I am still not getting the little icon to pop up when I go on to a customer website to tell me what systems my clients are currently using. I have deleted and redownloaded the extension several times to try to resolve the issue, but it still is not working. Please let me know if I need to do anything else!
