IP Alert showing only green circles on all brands after activation

Hello,
I purchased a license, activated the extension with my license key, and enabled all Amazon marketplaces.
However, I seem to be getting the same result on every product and brand page.
I only see a green circle next to every brand name, without any additional warnings, details, or restriction indicators.
Even the example brand shown in your tutorial video, which appeared there with a red lock / warning indicator, shows only a green circle on my side.
Could you please clarify what may be wrong?
I would like to understand whether:
the extension is not working correctly on my account
the restriction / IP data is not loading properly
or there is any additional setup step I still need to complete
