Logged into Google, but not Extension

I have paid for the premium version, however, it won't let me log into the extension, even though I am logged into Google.

Autocomplete and contacting support

The autocomplete feature is not good. It was very good before (in the old versions before, when the extension was only for autocomplete). The autocomplete feature now is very slow, and the suggestions are not very as helpful as it used to be.

Also, when I activate the extension with "//" and enter a command, I can't see the drafted text until I press Escape key, it keeps loading and I can't tell if it finished or not.

Also, what is the support email. Subscribers should have "premium support", but I can't find out how to reach out to the support?
