Pague el plan Pro y no me funciona

He pagado el plan menusal pro y no puedo hacer uso de ello, sale como si aun tuviese la version gratuita, he probado de todo he borrado cache, he desinstalado la extension, cerrado varias veces la cuenta y demas, no hay forma de utilizar el plan.
