Inaccessible to the platform
Recently, I cannot access Desksense website and the extension. There is an Error Message each time I attempt to log in to the platform.

Button hovers over selected text. How to disable that function.
Whenever I select text, I get this button that hovers over the selected text. How do I disable that function?
