Dissapiring iterface

I'm having a problem: when I open a video (in the YouTube player), all the icons (recommended videos, comments, channel information) become invisible (I can still copy the text and click on the icons). They only become visible after refreshing the page. How can I fix this?

settings update

About a week ago cant change settings top right corner click for settings has tottaly gone please can you fix this
