Button translation

Hi, could you make button text translation on different languages. Myb using xml or dictionary

Hi

The button -- on a Windows 11 PC -- is greyed out on the toolbar, and is not functional. Might that because I made another search engine -- duckduckgo -- my default search engine in chrome ?

If that's the case, is it possible to use the googlemaps extension, while still having duckduckgo be my default search engine ?

Option to change order.

Sometimes the loading of the Maps buttons takes a split of a second. And when I want to click at the Images It just pops at its place and I accidentaly open maps instead. I understand that the delay can be related to many things so maybe a different solution would be to add an option to place to Maps button behind the Images.

Maps Button is Marked as selected by default

When searching, google defaults to the "All" results tab/button and the Maps button that's added by extension gets marked as selected as if it was clicked. So both "All" and "Maps" buttons show up as selected.

The Maps button is given the class "selected" which changes its color and gives it an underline.

Switching to other tabs like News, Images, Videos, etc.. would remove that class from Maps but as soon as you click "All" again, it comes back.

I can't attach a screenshot here, otherwise I would.

Map image is not clickable

If i click really fast on the map image then the location wil open in maps. When i wait a second until it's fully loaded then the map becomes interactive so it will zoom in on the location. Is there any way to change this?

Maps link leads to wrong address

Hi, and thanks for this very helpful extension. I've recently noticed a strange behavior:
I was searching on Google for a specific museum in a foreign country. The little map snippet on the right pane shows me the correct location. However when I click on it (thanks to this extension), the Google Maps pinpoints the museum with the same name in my own country (city)!
Could you please advise how to solve this issue?

The extention doesn't work for me.

Hi thank you for the effort but the extention doesn't work for me. It does not add the maps button back.
It changes nothing in my case.

The extension doesn't work here, because addMapsBtn.js:26 is looking for a span, but it's actually a div :
mapsAnchor.querySelector('span').textContent = 'Maps';
