How to stop recurring payment?

The extension doesn't work anymore when I click on it, it brings up a small list of options. I've been having issues with Study Buddy for a while and quite frankly I just want my money back and not deal with this anymore.

Payment error

It says processing error. I don't understand. I tried to pay with my card, and it says, Oops, payment didn't go through but it worked when I did the first time with the trail. then I paid for the weekly it charged me 5.99. I wanted to upgrade to a semester upgrade and applied my card then it said processing error or something. Do I wait until this is fixed or what can I do?

I opted for the 99 cent option to try it out for 3 days to see if it was worth it, I can confirm it is not and I canceled my subscription immediately to find I've been charged 40 dollars for the semester package that I did not sign up for or want. I will be contacting my bank to dispute this charge
