Great lag reducer! Small tweaks pls!

hey this seems to be working super well-all my keyboard lag etc is now gone! however the 'favorite' lil button next to each response is getting in the way of legibility, is there a way i can turn this off? also the little side bar in general would be great to turn on/off as i dont use favorites etc and so dont need it on screen. Cheers!
