Cancellations

I asked for this product not to be renewed well in advance (in writing) and yet I was billed for it anyway. I have opened 3 tickets and have received no response for going on 3 months now with no other way to contact the company. I am reporting to the BBB unless my refund is processed.

other sellers view is only showing the new style now

The load the "old style" view of the other sellers button is no longer working. Can it be re-enabled?
