Blurring the Ads as well as photos

First of all i would like to thank you for the wonderful extension.

I wanted to report to you that it doesn't blur the Ads that are embedded within the site. For example the ads on this page: http://www.circuitbasics.com/how-to-set-up-the-dht11-humidity-sensor-on-an-arduino/

Also kindly suggest adding the feature that allows you to blur selected sections if possible. This feature will be useful in blocking ad sections in blogs and reading sites.
