Work like it says on the tin. Works mostly as intended. My only problem is that if you try using "Open link in new tab" it closes the extension window. I don't think chrome lets you control that, but it messes up how I use it. I tend to middle click (same as "open in new tab) all my notifications so that I know I have opened all my pages before they are "marked as read" in the notifications.
