Cancelling Subscription

Locked Out of Auto-buyer

Hi! =) I uninstalled neo buyer and upon reinstalling (due to bugs) I got LOCKED out. It says "This email has been used too many times." I haven't beeen able to use the bot despite being a long term user. I'm the only one who uses my subscription. Please help me enjoy the extension again. Thank you!

Locked Out

Hi! =) I'd like to report an issue locking me out of the bot. It was running unusual so I removed the extension andre-installed. Now it just says "This email has been used too many times." if I try to log in. Any help please? I love NoeBuyer!

Severe ongoing error - extension is now unusable

I have tried this on multiple browsers and systems. When the pages refreshes, it moves me to the toy shop:This is not where I was shopping. I now cannot use this extentsion. Very disappointed since I paid for this for an entire year. I look forward to your response about how this will remedied.

Issues

Since yesterday im having the issue that- no matter the settings - the autobuyer will target only the first item in the stores - almost as if it doesnt access the database correctly? How do you fix this? Parameters do not change anything.

Hit rate of under 5%

I am unable to grab really anything with this tool; while it does act as described; it severely underperforms.

Regarding buytime

Hi, just wondering if the length of the Autobuyer list will affect the hit rate? Eg, the shorter it is, the higher the hit rate since there are lesser things to look up.

Using it on main accounts?

How safe is to use your extension on a main account, considering I would be using it sparingly, avoiding highly competitive shops and monitoring it closely? I understand there is always a risk involved when automating this game, but given that your product is an extension and not a program, I wonder if it is generally fine as long as we exercise caution.
