Panda Got Pink color a task can not work.

when i add a group id the id had pink color thats why i cant work and panda will not find any HITs of this group ID...plz tell me the reason...???

Goham Fetch is slow

Hi,
When click the Goham fetch count speed is slow and sometimes fetch is stuck
so that's why Hits are not catching , the catching possible is very low,
please check and solve the problem.

Panda Crazy Max freezing

I am on MacOS Sonoma, pandas will not let me press buttons to collect, PCM will freeze and when I try to refresh, I get an error message stating that PCM is running on another window when it is not. This happens several times a day.

How do you delete a Custom Triggered Hit?

The only way I have figured out how to delete Custom Triggered Hits is to hit refresh on the browser page. But, lately, not only does this remove the Custom Triggered Hits, but it may also make all my Requester ID's and Custom Searches disappear, so it's no longer searching for anything. I have to X out of both Panda Crazy and Search Crazy, then pull them back up again to get my inputted Requster ID and Customer Searches back. Which can get quite burdensome, having to do this over and over again throughout the day.

Queue is gone

Do it have auto accept option. if so do it have an alert for the same. Can i set the value price of the hits to be accepted?

PC Max no longer working

Have any of you noticed that Panda Crazy Max for Chrome continues to stop working every 10 to 15 mins while pandas are supposed to be fetching? Prior to the update, I would leave the script running with many pandas in the script and wake up with pandas continuing to search throughout the night, now when I wake up, the pandas show that the number of fetches have barely even searched. Once I reopen the tab that is running the script, it immediately begins searching again, as you can see the number of fetches begin moving under each panda. It wasn't like this before the recent update and it's really having a negative impact on the number of hits i'm able to catch now. Anyone else dealing with this?? : (

Tech issue with Pc Max

Hello there. It seems that after the recent update, the pandas I capture and have sitting in Panda max appear to stop fetching after 5 to 10 mins and then it resumes once I go back to the tab that has Pc Max inside it. This is causing for hits to no longer be accepted while i'm working, unless I continue to reopen the panda max tab ever 5 to 10 mins. It wasn't doing this prior to the update. Can you please help me figure out the problem? By the way, i'm using windows 10 on a desktop pc with chrome browser. Thanks!
