Why are you taking control of my browsing?

I want fortinet off of my computer and browser. It is not up to you or anyone else what sites I can and cant visit. Please advise asap, how I remove any fortinet or forticlient that is blocking my access to sites off. Removal is necessary for me to complete my daily work.
