Hello, thank you for the feedback. As HaHa is non-custodial (you control the keys), decentralization is dependent on the chain you're interacting with, not the app. Email has nothing to do with it. However, requiring one does confer advantages over apps that do not. As I mentioned in a previous response, almost everyone has an email address and we use it for various forms of 2-way customer communication. For instance, HaHa is one of the few wallets that allows you to file support tickets (email and Discord). Until privacy-focused solutions become more ubiquitous, email is still one of the best ways to onboard the world.
