Paid account not pulling all the likes

Title says it all, pro account is stopping before 100 and not pulling the almost 600 likes.

Can't Pull More than 97 Likes

I signed up for Pro but it still won't let me pull more than 97 likes from my post. Can you help me troubleshoot or else give me a refund?
