Billed for a service that doesn't works anymore

Hello,

I received invoice #2874-2859 and a charge of €35.00 to my Visa card for your twitter-follower extension, which has been out of service for over a year and which I have therefore not used! Your website is not working, and it is impossible to unsubscribe. Please issue a refund and cancel all subscriptions.
