downloadできません。

いつも大変お世話になっております。素敵なサービスに大変感謝しております。
今回お困りごとが発生したので相談させてください。
タイトル名、シーズン、エピソードを入力して検索をかけると、検索結果一覧はでるものの各種ダウンロードができません。downloading...となり再度検索結果一覧の状態になります。大変お手数ですがアップデート頂くことは可能でしょうか。

ダウンロードができません

タイトル名、シーズン、エピソードを入力して検索をかけると、検索結果一覧はでるものの各種ダウンロードができません。downloading...となり再度検索結果一覧の状態になります。大変お手数ですが、対策のご教示頂けますと幸いです。

数日前から動作しなくなっています

本日、デスクトップから無事起動できました！有難うございます。
一方で、ノートパソコンでは未だ起動できません。
お手数ですが、ご対応頂けますと大変幸いです。
（Amazon Primeで拡張機能から再生は選択できるが、その後に右側の字幕パネルが表示されない）
Chromeベースの他ブラウザでも同様に動作しないため本拡張機能がサイト側の何かしらの変更に対応できていないと感じます。

数日前から動作しなくなっています。

数日前から動作しなくなっています（Amazon Primeで拡張機能から再生は選択できるが、その後に右側の字幕パネルが表示されない）Chromeベースの他ブラウザでも同様に動作しないため本拡張機能がサイト側の何かしらの変更に対応できていないと感じます。

Stop working a few days ago.

I can still select playback from the extension on Amazon Prime, but the subtitle panel on the right does not appear afterward.

Since the same issue occurs on other Chrome-based browsers, it seems that this extension is no longer compatible with some recent changes on the website.

Amazon PrimeでSubtitles for Language Learningが使用できなくなりました。

Amazon Prime（ブラウザ）でSubtitles for Language Learningを使用し英語字幕を表示していましたが、使用できなくなりました。解決方法を教えてください。

Subtitles too low and overlapping

This is a great tool and I wish I could make better use of it, but right now the subtitles are appearing right at the bottom of the screen, getting cut off by the lower edge of the screen. They're also stacking on top of each other, maybe because the leading isn't scaling with the font size. I tried the 'subtitle position' slider, but it doesn't seem to do anything. A white bounding box appears, but the top edge of it is still beneath even the numbers under the video timeline.

I'm on Mac btw, using Opera, in case it's a compatibility issue
