cancelling subscription

Hello dear
hope this email finds you well,I'm contacting you on instructions on how to cancel subscription. I did the initial subscription and used it for one day after that the quick solver never worked and now I see another charge on my card.
i would appreciate the cancelling of subscription and a refund.
