Hey! Thanks a lot for taking the time to report this and sorry for the frustration you ran into. We know how annoying it is when something you rely on suddenly disappears. The playback speed controller had some stability issues in the previous implementation, so I temporarily removed it while working on a cleaner, more reliable version. It’s now been added back with a fresh implementation, and in my testing it’s working properly again. If you update the extension, it should show up right away. If it still doesn’t appear (especially in the main feed vs. stories), please let me know. I’d really like to make sure it’s working for you specifically. About the progress bar suggestion, that’s actually a great idea and it is on my list since long. I did try implementing it earlier, but Instagram’s DOM/UI makes this surprisingly tricky and unstable. I haven’t found a clean way yet, but it’s definitely on my list and something I’d love to bring back once I can do it properly. No firm timeline yet, but it’s on the radar Really appreciate the detailed feedback, it genuinely helps improve the extension. Would love to have you stick with us!
