I obtained my license and entered it into the extension, but it's not working. I already sent an email to support, but they haven't responded. It's all very strange,If the developer sees this, please, I need your help.

"I want to cancel my subscription. You make it impossible... Contact me before I open a chargeback." Believe me, it's not made easy to contact them and you can see that from other customers' reviews. User claims it was difficult to cancel. This is untrue. We offer cancellation options via email, users may even email directly from the extension. We also allow users to manage their own billing from a link on their invoice. User did not email us until this review was posted. An obvious tactic to try and scare us into cancelling his account. Which is unnecessary as we always cancel when a user no longer needs our product. Users account was cancelled as soon as the email was received and user received an automated cancellation email from our billing system. We did ask that the inaccurate review be removed. It was not a demand as user states and it was after the cancellation was processed. User continues to edit feedback with inaccurate details.

How can I get in contact with them? The contact tab in their website does now shows any information. Great TOOL.

How do i cancel the subscription?

Great tool to alert possible IP related listings. The new Generic ASIN alert is a nice feature as well. Highly recommend, especially to newer sellers.

I was facing issues after purchasing the license but Chris was prompt to resolve. Great service and extension seems super useful
