Adding chrome extension

I am considering upgrading from free to starter, but unable to download chrome extension? Goal is to use screen + camera feature. Is chrome required to use this feature? Ready to upgrade and pay the $ but need to insure it works.PS: I am on Windows 10 currently. Could that be an issue?

Enable recording

I added to extension to Chrome successfully, however, I couldn't record the video, it looks as if I hadn't installed the video at all.

Adding an existing video

I don't want to record me and put me in an email. I want to be able to insert and existing video into an email. Can I do that?

yet again, camera won't work

First it won't work on a facebook screen. Now it won't work on SELECT websites.the help to allow camera is not clear, way too fast. But even then, it has permission on one wegsite but not another. Not sure what to do.
