blockerX tied itself to my network settings in a way and now chrome and edge wont work.

This matter is extremely frustrating for me, since I've been trying to amend this for an accumulated 10+ hours.
I have had the extension for a while and wanted to have some more, system wide coverage (for other browsers), and installed the app. Then after having some sessions of slow internet connections, I tried to uninstall the app (not sure if it was related but the following was revealed because of that), and found out that my browsers - both chrome and microsoft edge - wouldn't connect to the internet.
After several trials of resetting the DNS and basically resetting all the network settings (every time with a system reboot), I reinstalled the app (with some hurdles along the way), and lo and behold, the browsers connect again! I have spent several hours at this, going over processes and internal data to try and untangle my pc and browsers from this app but with no result. I can't manage to make it work.
Moreover, I found out that the app could be installed on your pc but if it doesn't run in the background the browsers are still disconnected! I tried killing the process and finding out what other stuff the app runs, but i cant seem to find out, neither trough the windows defender nor though the windows services or the task manager.
If someone, either from the developers or the users could reach out and help with this it would be very helpful.

P.S. the pc is connected, as other internet related apps work. Its specifically the two browsers that have the issue.

Registrado neste email, comprei uma versão anual para meu celular, outra Vitalicia para meu navegador e mais outra vitalicia para meu computador, Isso ta certo? E além do mais, há funções que não estão pegando, ele não bloqueia o Microsoft Edge, e houve sites que ele deixou entrar!

The extention can't be installed - premium account

The extension can't be installed although I have a premium account. It was installed but when I installed the app in my PC it was automatically removed and can not be installed again even after uninstalling the app.
