גרסת הפרו לא עובדת

רכשתי את גרסת הפרו, לא עובד לי, ביצעתי ריענון, יצאתי ונכנסתי ל GPT, הסרתי את התוסף והתקנתי מחדש, שום דבר לא עזר, אין ממש היגיון או הסבר איך עוברים משימוש חינמי לשימוש בתשלום כמו כל פלגין שמזינים קוד שמקבלים ואז זה פותח את הנעילה, אני משתמש ותיק ומנוסה ויצאתי מתוסכל מהתהליך, שלחתי אליכם בקשת תמיכה גם במייל support@infi-dev.com, תודה

Team Collaboration

I have the ChatGPT Toolbox extension on my personal ChatGPT currently, but I am about to upgrade our company to a ChatGPT Team license. When I do that, is there a way for my team to now see and access my saved prompts? Ideally we hope to build up our own internal, shared prompt library.

subscription issues

I have purchased the premium subscription, and it has been over a week since the payment went through. Yet I still don't have access to premium toolbox features inside of my chatgpt. It also still lists it as the free version.

The Toolbox is no longer on my side panel. It is on my extension panel (in Chrome), turned on, and i have cleared my cache.
