Extension with problems

The "Simple subscription management" extension worked a few times in the past, now it doesn't work anymore, a pity, I would like that function, it doesn't have it in any other extension... Could you fix it? Thanks!

Now lags the youtube page

I've been using your extension for years and now it started to lag on youtube page load.
