How do you cancel this?

How do I cancel my subscription? I thought I only paid for one year and without notification I was charged again today.

I can not get this to work

Extension pop up every time I use

Hello, I've been a long-time user of BR. Every single time I go to use BR on an article, clicking the icon in my pinned Chrome extension bar, it gives me the SAME "pin Bionic Reading" message, even though it is already pinned.Upon closing that notification, it then creates another pop-up explaining how the app works. I'm imagining these are designed to pop up on first-time use, but popping up every single time is very frustrating.

Not working, fresh install.

It simply doesn't work. Gets stuck on the loading indicator and thats it.

To Overbearing

Could you make it more discrete? I don't like how it takes over the web page and messes with the pictures and website design. You should be able to open Chrome to any page, and it works immediately.

Bionic Reader is not working

I tried to use the bionic reader on different websites, but unfortunately it doesnt work. Everytime, when i click on the icon A cookie message appears in the window, but it is bugged (cookie_consent_description_1, cookie_consent_description_2, button_accept_all cookies etc). But the buttons to confirm do not work there (the rest do). There is no further progress from the website (it is black in the background). I have already tried deleting all other extensions (and reinstalling Bionic reader several times), but it has not helped. I also have another Chrome profile (same PC and Windows account) and it works there.

Work with a website.

This needs to be able to just be an overlay onto existing websites, rather than processing just the words on the site and generating in a separate window. Makes homework or work research slow instead of faster due to constant back and forth processing the site text as Bionic, then having to reference images, or respond to discussion board posts, etc. Would be great if it could just change the wording as an overlay on top of the website.
