Static Issues on playback

This extension used to be perfect. Now on two different computers, both mac, the recording has static on playback. Ive tried changing from wav to mp3, Ive tried changing the sample rate and still nada... any ideas?

When I try to sample a song it has horrible clipping

Example: "Lilithzplug - CLEARED - Remix (Slowed)"

I can send what the sample sounds like if needed

recording issue

when i try to record anything from this sample extension? sound stops and it doesn't record anything

Not saving samples

Button to save sample does not do anything, recording works. Recording shows up in recent recordings but the save button does not work there either.

(SAMPLE) no funciona mas la extension

desde la ultima actualizacion dejo defuncionar la extension ,ya la desinstale varias veces pero no se soluciona . me aparece como que esta grabando el sample pero cuando aprieto stop desaparece la grabacion. quiero saber si puedo hacer algo o si me dan alguna solucion, porque es una lastima ya que la uso mucho y me es de gran utilidad. desde ya muchas gracias. un saludo

Thank you! I would love to promote this extension in the Anki community

Thank you, this is terrific! I'm using it to record audio from websites such as Youglish to add words to Anki. However, the editor can not work with crops so small as a single word. Is there a way to make an initial cut, to get just the area around the word, and then a precision cut to isolate just the word? I do this in e.g. Audacity often, by selecting the area around the word, cropping it via Alt-T, then precisely selecting.

If you can add this functionality then I would promote this extension in the Anki language-learning community. This addon with single-word cropping would very much benefit that community. Thank you!

Not Working

not working, whenever I open the extension nothing works, tried deleting and redownloading and same issue still cant press the record button

Recording Gone FFS... Last version was better imo

Any sample over about a minute half just disappears. it seems to be a problem with recording length

erases everything

I used "Sample" previously before this latest release and it worked perfectly. Now, I'll use it and after I stop recording, it erases all the data and says "No Recording". please help.

the new permissions

Hi, Google Chrome has disabled this extension due to new permissions which are:
-read and change all your data on all websites.
