will the messages still go if we logout from the whatsapp web?

we need to send multiple messages from multiple numbers, and we have only one laptop for the same. will the messages still continue to go if we log out from whatsapp web of one number and log in to another number. the messages are being sent with random gaps, and it will take a lot of time to complete. we cant wait till the time the message sending is completed.
