Isn't working on my MAC

Hi there: I just purchased pro and when I follow the directions and hit start the extension goes away and no photos are downloaded. help! What can i do to fix it?

Only snapshot of videos are downloaded and not the video

downloaded the prowhen the app is going thru videos, it takes a snapshot of the video, downloads the snapshot then deletes the videos.

starting Over

For some reason laptop froze
I tried to reboot and start the process over at the photo where it stopped but the app restarts at the first image,any fix for this?

Not dowloading

I am using chrome,,i set base folder,a page asking me to save file ,pops up with the first photo i checked
I can see photos switching behind the page
Extension icon says 792 fies processed???
