Is it possible to make a simple indicator of whether a page I'm on is already bookmarked by linkding? Either as a part of this or as a separate extension. Please, this is really needed.

Hello Kate, this is already supported through the official linkding extension. In case you don't know it, it's called "linkding extension" on the chrome web store. If you are using it but the indicator doesn't show up, try enabling "Pre-load page information while browsing" in the extension settings (of linkding extension, not the linkding injector).
