Latest version with bug fixes isn't available

I used this purely for the region feature, and now with Roblox's new theme update it doesn't work anymore. I looked at the changelog on your site, and there's a new version, but how am I supposed to get it when it's not here?

не могу подключится к серверам с меньшими пингом

когда я нажимаю подключится у меня открывается роблокс и заходит на совершенно случайный сервер с 300+ Пингом что делать? (пробовал впн не работает)
