Maximize Windows

For now seems to fix the non-maximized new window issue.

Works great (for me). I'm an avid user of another extension called 'Tab Session Manager', which I use to log & manage my excessive number of windows. I'm one of those users with dozens of windows & hundreds of tabs open at any given time. TSM helps with this, but when the browser crashes & reopens, it never gets the maximized/minimized state the way it was. My browser doesn't maximize new windows when they're created. This extension works around that issue. It's more useful than you would believe.

It shouldn't maximize popups of other extensions such as this one of Tabs Outliner: chrome-extension://eggkanocgddhmamlbiijnphhppkpkmkl/activesessionview.html

~~It works just fine for me with that extension and others. I think this is user error.~~ Edit: Revisiting these extensions. I think I misread your comment before. However, I don't think my extension should have to worry about other people's extensions. That's outside the scope of this extension. If you want that feature, then you're free to make your own extension. The source is open. You should really keep reviews limited to the scope of what the extension says it does. And this one "Maximizes all windows" to the best of its abilities.
