Cancel free version

Fireflies went to a meeting unbidden automatically. I want to unsubscribe from the free version and have no fireflies whatsoever. There isn't any info on your website on how to stop fireflies completely, thank you.

Intermittant disconnect of FF tasks delivery to ClickUp

I have set up an integration with Click up, it works fine most of the time, until it doesn't - it simple stops adding the click up tasks. I then have to go into the integration set up to complete a push test before it connects again. This is a fairly new issue. NOTE, that even a "hey fireflies" instruction didn't add a click up task.

Is it possible to use the chrome extension with Microsoft log in FF account?

I need it to be connected to my non-google account (ie Microsoft log in for fireflies) - is this possible?

Ability to Record on Zoom

I'm joining a webinar as a registered participant and want to record the webinar for future notes. However, since it will be a large meeting, I don't think the host will be able to go through and accept screen recording. Does Fireflies have a capability to record if you are an active participant without needing manual approval on the other end?

Font changes on Azure Devops platform

I use Azure DevOps for company tasks, and recently, I noticed that the title of the tasks has been changed. After conducting several tests, I found that disabling the Fireflies extension was the solution.

On the Azure platform, the CSS class {title} is being altered, at least as far as I could investigate.

Please fix this issue so I can resume using the extension.

Fireflies 5.5.13 extension changing font

Hi,

I'm contacting you because i updated the Fireflies extension to 5.5.13 this morning on my browser and pretty supprising but it is changing some fonts on some of my websites. I've done a long research about it and when i deactivate the extension, it all comes back to normal.

Could you check asap ?

Causing unnecessary page reloads

When I have this extension enabled, it is causing some pages to be loaded twice after clicking to navigate to them. For example, if I go to https://guide.fireflies.ai/hc/en-us and then click on the "Getting Started" category, I see a flicker as the page gets reloaded again after it finishes its first load.

As soon as I disable the extension, this is issue vanishes. Clearly this is a serious performance issue, especially on more complex sites which are slower to render.

Kills shopify product pages

When using this extension on shopify websites it destroys the layout of the website. And example is this page

See how the main image overlaps the related products below it. If you turn the fireflies extension off then the layout goes back to normal.

Love the extension, but I'm a web developer and having it muck about with page HTML causes me a lot of problems.
