VPN Service Not Working but Monthly Charges Continue

Hello Support Team,

I am contacting you regarding an issue with my VPN account and service.

For some time now, I have been unable to use the VPN service properly. The proxy/VPN connection is not working anymore, and I cannot access the service despite having an active subscription. However, I am still being charged monthly for the service.

I have already checked my configuration and authentication settings, but the VPN still does not work. This issue is affecting my ability to use the service I am paying for.

Please investigate and fix this problem as soon as possible. If the issue cannot be resolved promptly, I request a refund for the period during which the service has not been functioning correctly.

I would appreciate a quick response and solution.

SOCKS PROXY mode won't activate

On March 10th, after a recent Chrome update (to version 145.0.7632.160 (official build) (64-bit)), I noticed that SOCKS PROXY mode stopped working. When I selected SOCKS PROXY in the menu, it automatically switched to the previous mode. The icon turned blue, which usually means proxy mode is active, but the menue says that some other mode is being used. In fact, proxy is not used.
