Does the extension only work with Korean IP?

Is the extension only for Korea? I could use it before and now it gives me an error "서버 API 호출 실패: 서버 응답 오류: 403 Forbidden", I reinstalled the extension, deleted the cache and cookies from the browser and it still doesn't work. I tried other browsers and they didn't work either.
