Bug report：Notion API CORS error
When clicking "Test Connection" in the dashboard, the browser console shows:
Access to fetch at 'https://api.notion.com/v1/users/me' has been blocked by CORS policy
The API call is being made directly from the extension dashboard page. It needs to be moved to the background service worker to bypass CORS restrictions.
