Cancelling subscription

Hi, I will not be needing draftback over the winter, so I want to cancel my subscription. I have not been able to find out how to do so. Can yo help me with this?

Stopped Working

For some reason, Draftback has stopped working for me. I have paid for the yearly subscription, but it no longer pops up on my documents, and there is no where for me to sign into it anymore. Can you please help me with this issue?

Building Level Subscription

Hello,Teachers in my district have used Draftback for multiple years without having to pay. A teacher contacted me today and said that the extension is no longer working and that payment is required. Is there a building level subscription the district can purchase? Thank you.

What does text that flashes red with a line through it mean?

Greetings!

Sometimes when I am watching the playback, the text flashes red with lines through it before turning black. It's really weird looking. What does that mean?

Not Satisfied with the feature - colleague didn't have to pay for it - Requesting Refund

I used draftback periodically and it was free. I was promoted to pay and just did, but it really isn't giving me the features I needed. I am requesting a refund - It has not even been 24hours since I have paid.

cancelling monthly subscription

Hello - I am trying to cancel my subscription - month charge of 6.99. I'm not actively teaching until the fall and would like to continue to use draftback when needed only.
