2 subscriptions

Hi. It seems that a mistake has been made when it comes to payment for subscriptions. It has been deducted twice now in March and according to the payment service there are 2 subscriptions registered on my email. I don't dare to delete one myself and then lose 3100 and some clippings, I need some help there, please :D

Auto Copy to Cloud

Hi there, i just signed up to pro and seems to be working well. Im using the chrome and ff extension on Linux laptop and android app. One thing id like to know is if its possible to automatically have things copied to the cloud? If i copy something on the app, i can see it on both browsers. However, on both browsers, I have to manually click the cloud icon to have it available in the app

Feature Requests: Duplicate Items & Sound Notification

Duplicate Items in Clipboard Manager;
Overall, I am satisfied with the extension. However, I have noticed that I cannot copy the same item multiple times and have it appear multiple times in the clipboard manager overview, as it gets overwritten instead. I think it would be very useful if such an option existed, allowing me to enable or disable the display of duplicate items in the overview.

Sound Notification on Successful Copy;
Additionally, I would appreciate an option to enable or disable a sound notification when an item is successfully added to the clipboard manager. This would help confirm that the item has been copied successfully, without constantly looking at the icon

Kanban Style Management

I'd love for my snippets to go into a kanban-style flow where I can then rearrange them and even merge them into one snippet.

How to see the full comment?

When I copy and paste a comment it shows up in the extension dashboard, but it's cut off. I then have to go into floating mode to see the full comment. Is there a way to see the full comment without going into floating mode? Just by clicking on the extension?

Not able to use cloud sync

I'm on trial period for the pro version and just for the cloud sync feature. I'm using Chorme, installed the extension on Windows and , but the extension is not syncing. The cloud tab has the information and it is not showing anything of what I copy. Default copy mode is set to cloud storage. How can we solve this issue?? and i checked in my app in my phone it was not able to sync the text and the storage usage is for cloud is 0 bytes although i changed to cloud

Screenshots/photos

Hello! When copying screenshots/photos on my Mac, it no longer shows in the extension as a blank item for me to paste. Sometimes it will paste the screenshot immediately after and show up in the extension, but even if i try to click on the blank item to copy it to my clipboard again it will not paste the photo. this started happening recently and no settings were changed, wanted to know how to fix this. thank you!

Cloud sync is not working.

I'm on trial period for the pro version and just for the cloud sync feature. I'm using Comet browser (Chromium), installed the extension on a Windows and a Mac, but the extension is not syncing. The cloud tab has the sales information and it is not showing anything of what I copy. Default copy mode is set to cloud storage. How can we solve this issue??
