Does this extension work for the "install page as app" version of Gmail?

I added this extension with the hope it would move all attachments ever provided in an email to the top of the email conversation but it doesn't seem to be working for the "app" version of Gmail. I am working on a mac so in order to have a Gmail "app" in my dock, I needed to "install page as app" from the chrome browser.

Problem with version 1.1

Thanks for your extension! Nowadays I'm using gmail spanish version with 1.1 updated version but attachments still disappears using scroll or similar .Can you help me ?Thanks

動作不良

とてもいい機能なのですが、添付ファイルが表示されなかったり、動作自体が不安定になってしまったりします。必須の機能なので改善を期待しています。
