Issue with Streak Email Tracking Showing Incorrect View Notifications
Dear Streak Support Team,
I’ve been using the Streak extension for a while, and it has been a great tool for tracking email activity. However, I’m currently experiencing an issue that I need assistance with.
Whenever I send an email, Streak is showing that the recipient has viewed my message immediately, even though this is not the case. I’ve tested this by sending messages to my own Gmail account, and it shows that I’ve viewed the email, even though I haven’t opened it. This is causing confusion, as I rely on this feature to determine when to follow up with my contacts.
Could you please look into this issue? It would be helpful to know if there’s a setting I need to adjust, or if this is a technical issue on your end.
