Nice UI however the shopping extension has recorded 1 of 5 shopping trips successfully. I have had to log the other items, one I was told doesn't exist, even though I pulled out my laptop to my the purchase vs conveniently use the app on my phone. Cool company, definitely needs some dev attention. Others shopping portals are more seamless. I still have high hopes, track your purchases, you will be logging shopping tickets.

Multiple transactions done, miles never post and stay stuck in pending even after the clearing time has passed. Wish I used a different reward program for all those transactions

Hi David, sorry about the delay, we know that can be frustrating. Posting timelines are set by each merchant, but the moment they confirm a commission to us, we immediately credit your miles, even before we receive payment. If any trips are still pending after 100 days, just click into the shopping trip to file a report and our team will gladly escalate it with the merchant on your behalf and make sure you get your miles.
