It can't be easier. Every site has 3 fields. 2 of them are hidden by default.

Great, but it's not clear how to make a rule that matches all pages... I still haven't figured it out... leaving it blank kind of doesn't work...

It's looking promising. If you are a web developer, it is faster to use this tool, then stylish, stylebot or all the others. It seems to have no overhead.
