Fantastic application. Easy to log all activities and emails

Despite some occasional glitches, it's great!

While helpful, there is no reason if I am adding a contact from an email - that I have to add the account. It's already showing an account

Easy to connect and use

Makes logging notes and data points easy as I don't have to switch between tabs or go through countless of log ins

I love that we are able to track emails sent by all users through salesforce. It works well most of the time but I have experienced some glitches along the way. I am thankful I am able to go back to emails that may have not saved and do them again.

Absolute game changer for anyone who is using Salesforce and wants to keep track of their activities, make scheduling meetings easier, etc.

Invaluable for workflows and being able to connect historical conversations to leads and projects

Works fairly well, sometimes you have to reopen the extension side panel to have it connect to SF, but overall an amazing tool! And of course a huge win that it is free!

Great when it's working and logged in. Requires reconnecting / giving permission to access my email weekly or even daily.
