Terrible extension. I have to remove it and re-install it once per week at least to solve glitching on the dialer

Horrible extension -- requires logging in and reloading every day. My team has missed "lofting" several important emails to Salesforce records because the extension never stays active. Disappointing given how far back these other poor reviews date. This should be fixed by now, I'm sick of reminding my team to reload they're extension.

if i could give 0 stars i would. the worst dialer and tool i've used in years of sales.

An average day starts with an issue on the extension. I remove and redownload the extension on daily basis.

Buggy tool that requires reinstalling almost daily/ disconnects with salesforce, wish I didn't have to use it.

They're getting better! I only have to uninstall and reinstall the extension once a week now!

Works great in SF.

Recent enhancements make this ext work way better. Love that I can close the dialer box and it doesnt change my availability status
