I get this error when trying to sync my sniplets data: "Sorry, the current sniplets data is too large to sync." These are just texts saved. How to get this error fixed?

Where do the backups go? How can I import clippings?
Click the gear icon at the top left (Settings). Under Backups you can Restore data from a file on your computer (this will overwrite your current data). As of v0.11.0 it's also possible to import without overwriting the current data. Both Clippings and Sniplets backup files are supported. You can create an appropriate backup file from the same menu; you will be asked to select the location on your computer where to save it. If you don't see the selection box, it may be a setting in your browser bypassing the box where it will just be directly put in your downloads folder.

Very useful and efficient ! I installed it on both Edge and Chrome. I work for a support desk and use this addon to insert canned responses in French and German. I will for sure "buy some coffees" for the author ;-) !

This was so close to being exactly what I was looking for. But why are page breaks/new lines not recognised when pasting? As it is now, just one long string of text is pasted, even though the text from my saved note are spread over several different lines... Found the setting for page breaks, 5 stars!
Glad you found it! For others, it's under the Pasting menu in settings (click the gear icon). The default at the moment is for newlines to be processed correctly depending on what kind of field you're pasting into, but you can change the behaviour if it doesn't work for you.

Request New Feature, Please implement show label lists on the Google Chrome Side Panel. and then "ClickText" auto-fills the textarea ?
This is now implemented as of v0.11.0. Right click the icon or use the icon action setting to change what clicking it does to open the side panel. Use new view setting to fully collapse editors if you only want to see the labels in the list. Make sure to click an appropriate input field first before clicking the insert button. You may be prompted for additional permissions depending on how you navigate around with it open.

I migrated from Firefox recently and could not find an alternative to the Clippings extension on Chrome, which I relied on heavily. This extension works and is fully compatible with Clippings (via export and importing). It is a quality extension, and you can feel the developer's commitment to implementing it.
